What to expect.

We customize our managed service agreements to meet the requirements of each job. With each audit we conduct, you can expect:

  • Our proprietary 48-point QA check of each room, executed by our skilled service technicians

  • Comprehensive testing of all system functions

  • An e-mail report within seven (7) days of the audit provided to you by our service coordinator

  • Suggestions for additional service work (if required)

  • Keyboard and mice battery replacements (if required)

  • Thorough cleaning of electronic devices with eco-friendly products
