Project Highlight: William Joseph Communications

William Joseph Communications is a full service marketing agency that offers design, content and media creation and strategy services throughout Canada. With remote team members working collaboratively on design, strategy, and client feedback, William Joseph needed AV technology to empower their teams to work more effectively, and showcase their work to their clients. We’ve worked extensively with William Joseph to provide these solutions in their offices across Western Canada.

Collaboration

In their Calgary office, we installed a boardroom video conferencing system with interactive whiteboarding. Using a interactive display from LOFT Technologies, designers and strategists can revise designs and documents together in real time, while being in different locations. This system has been integrated with Logitech video conferencing equipment which automatically frames participants in the respective boardrooms. This makes video meetings seamless—and in-person participants can leave and rejoin the room and be perfectly framed by the video bar.

Showcasing

In William Joseph’s Saskatoon office, we installed an 88 inch ultra-widescreen display above the reception desk. This allows them to showcase projects and create an immersive experience as soon as a client walks in the door. This 32:9 signage display features a matte finish display panel and 700 cd/m2 of brightness, making it a standout feature of the office.

Marketing Across the Country

William Joseph emphasizes collaboration as part of their process, both with their team and their clients. We’ve worked with them to install collaboration and video conferencing solutions across all their offices, allowing them to work effectively as a team and focus on bringing bold, creative solutions to their clients, no matter where they’re located.
